TO McDonald’sOn Thursday close to 9:00 AM my Caregiver n I went to your McDonald’s on hidden valley to have Breakfast Never have I seen such terrible management. (Mariam) The Lobby Worker was rude, n one of your workers came out of the back just to start trouble. I copied the review I sent your McDonald’s. Read it n it will give in detail what happened...Thursday 5-19-22My Caregiver n I walked into McDonald’s on Hidden Valley Pkwy Thurs AM. I told the Mang. I wanted #8.. which came with coffee or a DRINK. She asked if I wanted coffee. My caregiver spoke up n told her I wanted a drink... she kept staring at me like I / we were from mars... my Caregiver gave her order n was given one cup for her drink... she then asked where my cup was... the mang said I didn’t order a drink.... my caregiver told her we did order a drink n the mang (Mariam) was so disrespectful. After sitting down the lobby worker asked if everything was ok n I said no... my caregiver said it was ok n the guy said then I DONT HAVE to give u a gift card (Wirh an attitude that was as bad as the mang) so I spoke up n said oh yes u do... he reluctantly gave me one... then out of left field one of the workers told my Caregiver if she didn’t like the service she could get out. It seemed like the workers wanted to keep the argument going... Then in the back the other workers were drinking n having a good ole time... I will NEVER return to this McDonald’s again!!And after All the rudeness we went to another McDonald’s the next day n tried to use the gift card n it was EMPTY!!!!!!!
Very badly organized lately. The past few times we’ve gone they’ve sent car after car to the parking lot to wait for their food. I can understand a car every now and then, but this latest time I watched 3 cars in a row get sent to a yellow lined area that’s in the drive thru exit. This blocked the exit and cars behind us couldn’t get out.They obviously have some sort of time limit to get through cars but this is just a band aid solution that actually just makes it worse.Also, our food was wrong.
Covid excuses still in full effect here. Stand at the counter with no assistance for 5 minutes. Play place is “closed”’ and apparently has been… and according to staff will be for another year. But some how it’s filthy dirty. Trash cans full. Food on the ground. Tables not wiped down. Has it been like this since March of 2020?
I absolutely loved this place, just to get started the establishment has a decent size and I also liked the fact that they are worried about COVID and they have their playland closed for the moment. To note the workers seemed to be having a good time working there and kitchen crew was specially working hard, I happen to stumble across one of the managers and he was also super nice to me sincerely one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been too in a long time.
Aweful serice and especially customer service. Vanessa that work threw the drive thru was very rude and had a bad attitude. Got my order wrong and still got it wrong. She told me to wait over there. I got off went in and still all of them were talking about the situation. Until they saw me there i was standing for a while . She Looked surprised. I asked for the manger and still talked to her laughing at the situation. No customer service what so ever, they just take our order and no hi no goodmorning nothing.
So earlier today my son forgot his iPad sitting next to him in the booth and was so oblivious didn’t realize it till we got home in Irvine an hour later……….smh! So even tho it took me awhile to get ahold of someone there at this McDonald’s location to see if they can find it, I finally got ahold of the Manager Joshua and he said that he had noticed it earlier already and it was safe and secured. He was kind enough to put it in the managers safe for me till we would be back up there on Monday to pick it up. So I personally want to commend him in being a decent and honest person on top of being an employee says a lot of the kind of character in a person that McDonald’s has working for them and he should be rewarded in some way. If the McDonald’s organization would allow me to pay him a gratuity of some sort we would like to. My wife and I and our son who’s going to learn to be more mindful of his things are very appreciative and grateful to Joshua!
Drove in to McDonald’s this morning off of hidden Valley in Corona corporate needs to step in and take action hiring these young adults it seem like they didn’t have enough training they’re very rude don’t know how to talk to people. I didn’t even hear a nice greetings so I placed my order I asked to please make sure my french fries are fresh when I came to the window I asked the young girl are these fresh? she replied I don’t know I said to her what do you mean you don’t know I checked my fries and there cold she started to give me an attitude so I asked to speak to the manager there was three girls talking among each other already talking about me and my order my son quickly cut off the car and went in there stood in front of the counter and was listening to what they were saying. so one of them come to the window and she says I’m the assistant manager Vanessa already giving me an attitude what kind of people are you hiring there I used to love to go to McDonald’s and be greeted with a friendly face and respect. Corporate needs to hire more mature adults
Waited in line for 34min just to get what I paid for incorrect as well as cold food and incredibly cold and hard french fries. Terribly disappointed. It is worth driving further away just to get better food. Absolutely ridiculous.
How can you not love McDonald's McDonald's is going to stay the same no matter what you do it's never going to change it's always going to have a Big Mac it's always going to have a double cheeseburger and a McChicken the only thing McDonald's might slack on is maybe fries that's cuz I get in a rush and they don't make them fresh other than that McDonald's is always going to be McDonald's some places better than others though.
Its McDonalds you can't go wrong.
