it was not a pleasant experience visiting this location in the drive thru in the late afternoon. i drove up and placed my to go order all while using a code from the app and the order taker took a long time to take my order with only 1 other car in front of me in the line. i finally made it to the front window and was given attitude by the guy handing out the food at the second window.
I believe this might have been the best McDonald's we've ever been to. Staff was very nice and polite(compared to other McDonald's) We got every thing we ordered correctly and, they're not stingy on they're sauces(also compared to other McDonald's, with one sauce per 20 chicken nuggets)
Usually a great location. Occassional slow curbside or their app is down.
Drive thru fairly slow, which is frequently a problem here. Ordered in app ahead of time. Always pick up food thru drive thru now, as you cannot rely on curbside or dining room to be open to get order.
Worst food I have had in years. It seemed like the people working there really hated their job.
Well ,we pulled into the drive thru & we were the only ones in line,my wife & I , around 9 am on Monday,fast service, and you always get what you order at McDonald's?

Worst Mcds experience so far: If they get your order Wrong, file a dispute with your Credit Card for this location for failure to get what you bought. Last night 1/3/22, I went through Drive Thru, and a female answered. I purposely give my order slowly, so theres no error. I order a happy meal with a couple other items. When i told her I completed my order, she said " Go to Window 2 " I responded to her, can you repeat my order, and she shouted, " Go to Windows 2 !!! Ill give you your order there...!!! I get to window 2, I receive the order and its ALL Wrong. And so another Pencil Neck employee, starts to Giggle as Im getting upset. The same happy giggle as seen in the movie the Exorcist. He was happy to see me Upset. I got the wrong food, and took off. The lady that took my order is a Latina lady about 5'9, and wears all black., in her late 30's. The funny thing is that they got the whole order wrong, so now they wanted to charge me extra, because THEY got the order wrong. This was about at 745pm or so on 1/3/22. Ohh i called my bank to chargeback my food.
This location always gets their orders wrong. Don’t waste you time, money, and sanity there.I’m always missing a complete meal or item.
It’s hard to beat a Sausage McMuffin once in a while. Simple, fast inexpensive. I recommend
