Very unprofessional place , I wanted to go to our favorite place Norco pizza co unfortunately was closed since they close on Tuesdays. As a business owner this establishment seems very unethical, from the minute you call to place an order and you are on hold for 8 min and called back after no one took your order only to talk to someone that sounds like has no phone skills and is being force to talk on the phone is a problem!!I called for the second time to place a phone order as I’m on my way to the establishment 14 min on the phone and the guy couldn’t get my order right repeated my self 4 times and kept on telling me something different from what I was ordering, definitely won’t be ordering any pizza from here ??I normally don’t take time to write reviews since I have a business to run but definitely I would appreciate if they tell me if one of my employees is not doing its job!!
Michael one of the managers was great and very helpful. I'm visiting from out of state. I think their pizza was very good and I would go back again
Ordered food online tonight around 8:40pm. Said it would be ready between 9:33 and 9:59. Got a notification that it was ready to pick up. Arrived at Marcellos around 9:45 and it was closed. Not cool.
Ordered a pizza and now they won't answer their phone over an hour later. They aren't coming up tell my little 5 year old son. I'll stop in next time I'm around to make a complaint in person and see what is really going on over there.
Just moved from West covina to the area and they have Great customer service everytime I go . excellent food and amazing prices .
Pizza was dry and stuck to the box. Was like a magic trick, now you see it now you don't.
Hardly any cheese and the dough is thicker than normal. Didn't taste like it used to taste!

Pizza is good but please bring back the carry out specials. I have a large family and will have to be going to little caesars for a deal now.
