Soupy pizza. Half of the crust is a massive doughy mess, half is thin. None of the slices were cut all the way through. The cheese and toppings completely separate from the dough when trying to break off a slice, then the slice itself rips in half. I know it’s little Caesar’s, but this has by far been the worst little Caesars I’ve ever hadThe photo is the second pizza. Also terrible
On March 25, 2020, at around 9:30 pm, I walked in to get a hot N Ready cheese pizza. Of course, the cashier guy with long wavy hair told me to wait for a while and that he will come by to attend me soon. Of course I waited and waited until he finally came and told me, "Are you here for pick up or placing an order," I of course came to place a quick order of a cheese pizza, but for such dissapointment he tells me that they are only giving out the pick up orders and will no longer be placing anymore orders since they are closing in 10 minutes which was 9:47 pm. To which was his fault for keeping me waiting from having to place an order all due to him having a simple conversation with his coworkers and killing time. I got a feeling that he did this on purpose, so I left and decided to go somewhere else to get some cheese pizza.
Dude up front had me cracking up laughing, however it sucked not having any pizza boxes.
I’d like to personally thank the amazing individual working in the back that handcrafted this amazing Batman calzone special for us. Not only did this creation taste like how something in a studio ghibli film would taste, but the handsome young man that took our order had a pleasant personality that really placed the cherry on top of this fine experience. Do yourself a favor and visit the Little Caesar's in norco village to have the best pizza and human interactions in the world. im so lonely
I would give 0 star in stead of 1. The order took more than 80 minutes to make it, and nobody is answering anything. Worst restaurant ever!
Worst pizza I've ever had . More bread and sauce I've ever seen. Very little cheese. Trash place
Went inside to order a pizza and was told they were not taking any orders. This was 5:00 pm today. Won't go back.
Place closes randomly and says no where online or if you call they are closed so you order online get there and its closed .... Second time this has happens will not order here again. Plus they take your money online now I have to call the bank .....
Accidentally placed an order here instead of the one in Huntington Beach. Clearly my fault, but this location refunded me despite the fact that they didn't need to.
I enjoy LC Pizza and have been to this store before. Unfortunately, tonight wasn't my or their night. I ordered through the app, as usual and it showed a pick up ("ready") time between 7:53 and 7:58. We walked in at 7:51 (yes, early) and pizza wasn't ready; no problem, went back to car. 2nd trip in at 7:58, pizza not ready; no problem, back to car. 3rd trip at 8:03, pizza not ready, back to car. 4th trip in at 8:08, pizza not ready. Stayed in store to find out that everyone in there had been waiting for their overdue pizzas. I finally walked out with mine at 8:20. My biggest issue with all of this is that at no time, did an employee apologize or explain to me what was going on. Furthermore and in my experience, it would have been good, if not absolutely great customer service to offer me (us) some sort of discount or a free pizza the "next time" I visit them. I don't know what happened and I'm not pretending to know how to do their job, but you need to take care of your customers people, if you want them to come back. Without us, you won't survive. There are 2 more locations close enough for it to not make a difference to me if I come back to this store or not. I will probably not, unless I hear back from the management, which I would greatly appreciate and definitely respect. Here's to hoping for a good outcome and follow up. ?
