Honestly, the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. We ordered on the app and arrived at 8pm and when we went to pick up the food the drive thru was closed, which is fine, but the dining doors were locked with a doorbell. I pressed the doorbell multiple times - seeing the workers inside the whole time. Took about 12 minutes for them to notice me standing there before they yelled out “we will bring it out to you” The parking lot was empty except for my car so I can’t imagine they were having a busy night. We waited an extra 10 minutes for them to bring it out just for them to forget our sauces. My bf went back up to the doorbell and they brought some to the door. To top it off, our food was cold. We won’t be coming back to this location.
So this happened today today we ordered extra crispy instead we got extra soggy we called and spoke with the manager and she said there's nothing she can do not even a sorry let me re make it for you please don't even try my 4yr that eats anything Didn't even want to try it
ordered 3pcs chicken and i almost puked. theres still blood inside and mashed potato is like 2 days old. Lady cashier is rude . Disgusting place . What a waste of money.

It was used to be our favorite place to get chicken for our dinner until almost two years ago. That time when we ordered a family meal and we did eat and temperature inside isn't hot and it's not fully cooked all the way and we throw all of them, including the sides and biscuits (it was warm but it doesn't feel right to eat just sides without chicken). We won't go there ever again for two years!! Don't recommend going there!

I went to KFC just to purchase a side dish. Unfortunately, it took way too long to order and be out the door. They seemed to be under staffed.

Did not get receipt in drive-thru. We ordered 2 boxes and they did not asked if we wanted sause for our tenders. The boxes were upside down in the bag and one had the potatoes open and all over the box. Both biscuits were stale. When I went back in to ask for a clean Box I got into an argument with the young guy in the drive-through window when I asked why we didn't get a receipt and he told me that the manager told him not to give receipts unless they're asked for and when I asked for it he threw it away already. He took my box away but didn't ask what I ordered and got upset when the other employee asked what it was. If I had the receipt I could show what and when I purchased it. Another guy did bring a new box out to me and was nice about it.
