Regardless of who they hire and put behind the counter Jersey Mike's proven recipe for a cold sandwich is my idea of a great lunch they delivered time and time again on expertise and customer service I love the flavors and taste that come out of this little shop. If you want and crave a sandwich then this is the place on steroids. It's a little on the pricier side of things but the splurge and The Squeeze is worth the juice.
prolly the worst club sandwich I have ever experienced, bacon tasted like they had not cleaned up the night befor, added way to many onions, also was dripping with mayonnaise and mustard. I would not reccomend going to this place but suggest going across the street to JIMMY JOHNS!
Young White girl with fake lashes and braces made me feel incredibly uncomfortable as a woman of color and did not greet me, help me with my order, or make me feel welcomed. Wish I could give 0 stars.
My first time in this store. I walked into the store and the slicer still had a lot of previous cuttings in the machine. I told the guy they must have been busy and he said he just got there. I don't think I've ever seen a machine that "used". I thought they cleared it after every sandwich Iike the cutting board. My sandwich was excellent. I even bought the combo.
Placed a mobile order and showed up 5 minutes after the “estimated pickup time”, and it wasn’t ready. Understandable, it isn’t usually too accurate. Waited for another 10 and then I went to ask the front counter. Apparently they just “forgot” to print out the mobile order so i was stuck waiting another 15 for my food to be made, half an hour after the supposed “estimated pickup time”.
I enjoy Jersey Mike's on regular occasions. The food is good and the staff are generally great. When using the app, they don't always read the special instructions, but give them a call, and they'll work it out for you. I love the Club Supreme, with roast beef, turkey, and bacon.
Love the sandwiches, just wish they had some sort of Frank's sauce for the Italian sub. Internet orders are for the most part on time. Had a few minor mistakes in online orders but they seem to have sorted that out.Sandwiches are varied and made to order so if you like subs then you'll like it here. I think of this place as a step up from Subway sandwiches. My favorite place to get a sub in town.
This Jersey Mikes is amazing!! All the employees are so friendly and welcoming! The owner is incredible! He gets to know his customers very well and is so friendly. I really appreciate the owner and the employees here! Great job Jersey Mikes Norco!!

Ordered 2 sandwiches online for nearly $25.00, ridiculous, but hubby wanted it. Paid, drove over there (and it's not around the corner), anyway, I pull in the driveway and get a text saying my order was ready. So, I go inside and person tells me that they refunded my order because some product was not available. I get that, but a call or text or email would have been nice. Sorry hubby
