When I want Italian Ice and Drive Thru Pizza!The Staff here is always nice. Food is what you expect. Bread sticks are always fire here. Fazoli’s is the only Drive Thru Pizza and Spaghetti spot. They own the Market.
I ordered lasagna with marinara sauce, and ravioli with marinara sauce. My order came with 2 very salty bread sticks, I'm sure after this meal, I now have high cholesterol. Lol The resteraunt was actually clean compared 2 other locations that I've visited.
This particular restaurant chain used to be really really good. We had one in Arizona years ago and we used to eat there all the time. They had a signature Italian dressing that was just awesome and the food was very flavorful and super super yummy.We were passing through town and we got off the freeway to get gas, we saw the Fazoli sign and we were super excited. We went and we ordered what we used to order and unfortunately it was not very good. They don’t have the Signature dressing any longer they brought us out some kind of alternative dressing, maybe because of the supply chain or the demand but it wasn’t as good as the other stuff. My pizza was very plain, my wife’s pasta dish had very little flavor and my son even did not eat the two slices of pizza we got him and he’s an 18 year old growing boy.The staff was extremely polite and they were very nice, there was an employee and he was brand new, it might’ve been his first day or maybe his second day on the job and it was fun dealing with him. He was one of those guys that knew he did not know what he was doing yet but wasn’t afraid to tell you and I can respect that. I’m super disappointed that this place did not live up to our expectations. I’m not going to write them a bad review because maybe it was just us, maybe our expectations were really high because of our fond memories of the other location. Please visit this particular store and try it for yourself. In fact, let me know what you think.
Outstanding food and customer service. Furthermore, the franchise owner Ajay, is extremely humble and he has no problem working the counter and mingling with the customers. I will definitely continue to eat at this fazolis location several times per month.
Fast/casual Italian food - very unique but it works! The service was excellent and the food was excellent as well. Very reasonably priced. Unlimited breadsticks. I would go more often if there was one near my house.
There was hair in almost everything we ordered. Light colored hair, dark curly hair. When taken to counter they asked if we wanted them to heat it up. Food was supposedly remade. No one was brave enough to even eat it. NEVER recieved an apology. There was 11 if us not like it was an inexpensive visit. Never again. So disappointed
Reasonable lunch specials. Parking lot a bit of a challenge- several eateries in same area. Spaghetti delicious and they accommodated me not wanting too much sauce. :) Only negative is that breadsticks are beyond salty. :(
Staff was friendly. The grounds were clean. There was plenty of seating inside and outside. Lasagna was tasty and so was the lemon Italian ice. Just like I remember as a kid. Breadsticks are the shining star.
I don't understand because it has potential but why are all the sauces water? The flavors are good but the sauce is literal water. And not to mention overpriced. It's water flavored fettuccine sauce and even the meat sauce has no meat.
Customer service was super neat and heart warming. Gave me time to look at the menu and answer my curiosity. Brought the meal to my table and picked up afterward as well. Great deal for the meal. Got chicken alfredo with a slice of pepporoni pizza to go along with some breadsticks. Food tasted little over salty but still good flavor.
