Constantly sweeping keeping it clean. Great friendly service and food. Had a fish taco, a shrimp taco, and a floutas plate
Food is ok. Not bad, not great, just ok. Ordered street tacos. 2 Carne asada and 2 chicken. Flavor was good. Corn tortillas were thin and dry and brittle and broke immediately. Ony used 1 tortilla per taco. Could easily use 2 tortillas for 10 cents more and help with the brittle tortilla issue. Chorizo and eggs was good and beans and rice were good as well. Service was mediocre at best. We arrived at 11:50am on a Friday. There were about 6 tables full when we got there. We were the only ones without food. Took over 30 minutes to get our 2 plates. 2 waitresses and 2 cooks working. Could easily handle 6 to 7 tables per 1 waitress let alone 2. Never got a refill on our water at all. Finished eating and nobody ever came to give us our check or to see if we needed anything else. Had to walk up and "bother" someone to let us pay for our food so we could leave. Horrible service destroys the best food experience and great service improves mediocre food. Hopefully the owners see this and make improvements. We will most likely not be back.

This place reminds me of our old haunt in Artesia (1970's). We love their Chili Colorado, Carne Asada, tamales, cheese enchiladas & their beans are made the old fashioned way!!! We always stop by when we're in the area!

Was headed to Loco Burrito down the street which is closed, so we gave this a try, Great food & fairly priced with awesome service, had the Chimi and will give it a 5star alone, definitely returning
Very VERY good place to have a great meal! My wife and I have been eating at Doña Luisa's since they opened. When they were half of the dinning room size. The Chilie Verde is awesome!!! Last time we visited got the Huevos Rancheros for breakfast. Yum!!!
I was with group of 7. Service was slow. When I got my order it was incorrect and partly spilled on the table when served. The food I did get was warm ; not hot, it was unremarkable. The spilled food was not replaced as promised. As a result of all this, I will not return and do not recommend this estblishment.
This evening around 8:00 pm took my family to eat at this place. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. My son asked a waitress for napkins (Natalia) and she ignored him while being on her phone. When I approached her to ask her the napkins my self since she had ignored my son, she was very Rude and disrespectful to my son and I. To top it off, she confronted me and said “ I don’t need permission to answer my phone” she yelled at me in front of other customers she was very argumentative. Sadly, employees like this will cause a place of business to lose costumers.
