This applies to the one in Norco, by Hidden Valley. First my food was cold, when I reached into the bag to get napkins I pulled out a handful of Cane's napkins. really. Not good customer service !!!!
I wish it was possible to leave a zero. Viviana R. From store #1101173 was extremely rude. I understand the service not being extremely great with the times but the attitude started from placing our order. With her giving snappy and unnecessary answers. When placing the order she would respond with “I heard you the first time” and not letting us place our order cause she was interrupting with a distasteful attitude. I understand it’s Carl’s Jr…… but wow. Unnecessary of her to act that way.

I would put zero stars for the mean staff and unproffesional ! They make me pay 1.09$ for every piece of nuggets ! A nugget for 1.09! Plus they asks me more than 1 time for my order!
We went there yesterday and we did place an order for takeout inside and we waited for almost sixteen minutes and finally got it and the chicken tender wasn't at right temperature even though it's cooked and we had to microwave it to bring to right temperature.Also the Drive-thru was SO focused to deliver faster than inside. We definitely won't be coming here for next month or two, probably ever.
