First time at this BB Norco location. (Usually go close to home the Corona BB) Ordered Breakfast Burritos to go. It was very good. The staff was even better. One of the staff members took extra time after we ordered. To double check our order, just to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Really appreciate the friendly service and care that was made for us. Will go back to try their Pastrami sandwich & shakes .
Would love to give this establishment a 5 star rating but I sadly can't because two times now, in our Drive Thru experience, we received one of our 3 orders in error.The food is delicious. But I'm allergic to tomatoes and was very clear my first order was to be ground beef and cheese in hard taco shell only. When we came home, my order was covered in tomatoes. Ugh.The second day one order was again in error. Once again I made very clear I was allergic to tomatoes. I asked for a ground beef, potatoes and cheese burrito. Plain as requested. When we came home the burrito was fully loaded with tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream! Thankfully my friend could enjoy both items both days but I was left with no meal either time. No big deal if once but twice I'd a bit much for the money we spent there.On a positive note the mint chocolate chip ice cream was delicious. Definitely amongst the best I've tasted in years.Will try again, but maybe just walk in. Seems like the Drive Thru is not a place for Special Requests or Food Allergies. Sigh.
Great location, the quality and quantity of the food are top notch. Support the ma and pa shops people! I dined in with my wife, clean tables and area, food was made quickly. Totally recommend to others.
That breakfast burrito was fire! And huge!! Definitely enough to share but was even good cold hours later. Don't judge me. Be prepared for a wait if you use the drive-thru.
Tried this place for the first time last week and gotta say 10 stars.We are really picky with our pastrami but the sandwich was amazing, everything was fresh despite delivery and stellar customer service. No more diving to LA for a good pastrami ?❤️
Been sitting in drive thru for almost 20 min. This is now the 3rd time this has happened on a Sat. Pull out since no one wants to take my order and workers just standing around drinking soda playing with themselves. Great customer service. I'm done with this Burger Basket close your doors already
Long time Norco Burger guy NOT ANYMORE. Burger Basket is the place to eat Better tasting food better fries better drink selections and much cleaner. Hands-down a better place to eat at BURGER BASKET try it out you won’t be disappointed
The food here is always so good, and I prefer this location the one 6th street it's less busy. The customer service is great, Ashley helped us at the drive thru and was very friendly.
I have order my food special because I am allergic to some items on most fast food restaurants, and it never fails the still make it wrong. It's not a hard job to do I did it when I was younger but I guess people don't care if they screw it up and someone DIES because they did not take the time to check the computer or ticket. I have had to throw away more food and money because of the lack of responsibility by Managers and employees. I called the store and they only had teenagers working with no Manager on staff. My meal for me and my associates was over $36.00 and I am here from our of State guess I will just eat where I know I will at least get some good service.
The customer service here sucks. The people serving the food take forever to give customers their food. Nobody here seems to know what they are doing. The cashiers make assumptions and don’t ask customers questions to verify their order. Since they don’t ask questions to verify the order, mistakes get made here a lot. The food at least is good. It seems the the cooks are the only ones that know what they’re doing over there.
