Waited 10 min just to get drink order. Fried pickles were to hard to eat. The Big Boy hamburger and hot fudge cake made up for the wait!
Okay burgers. Greats service. Great milkshakes and banana splits ice cream.Restaurant clean. Our waitress was very freindly, courteous and attentive. We will go back.
Small town feel. The waitresses are always so nice. Love visiting this Bob's. The Hot Fudge Cake is the best here!
I haven't been to a Bob's Big Boy in many years. My expectations were low. At first view, the place looked clean, we were seated right away. Our waitress was extremely nice, and my coffee never stayed empty. The menu is huge, like seriously impressive. Never had pickle fries.... But they were great. The food came quickly and it was awesome. The burgers were good, the chicken sandwich was awesome... I prefer crispier fries, but they were ok. Everyone took food home, so the portions were good. It was an experience that far surpassed my expectations. Surprisingly, I would recommend this place to anyone.
Love it had fun it may seem like it’s over priced but once they give you the food it’s a lot of food and it’s all delicious I recommend going there service was amazing nice people
Great food! Hands down to the Chef! Our server was Tracy, Busboy Pedro, who was on top of his game, making sure the tables were spotless and clean. Our food was scrumptious and our dessert was awesome. Our hostess made sure we were seated fast and made sure our drinks were given in a timely manner. The nostalgic 50/60's music was great! The restaurant was immaculate and spotless. When you come, make sure you come on an empty stomach...
Great experience here! There was a bit of a wait, but that was the only complaint of the night. Food was great and service was great! Highly recommend!
My burger was the best I have had in about 20 years at Bob's! My does not care to go there, until I said I have adapted to try different place, how about you guys honor your father. My wife asked me if wanted to go to Bob's tonight. Glad she compromised. Services was over the top excellent across the the board. The waitress, hostess, and the check person that I paid were all very courteous and over the top friendly. Thank you for a great dinner. I offered well done fries, they were perfect and thank you for cooking the meat perfectly. There was no pink. Well done staff!!!
I have wonderful memories of Bob's Big Boy in San Diego, going there after school events, etc. When my husband and I moved up into the inland empire, we drove past a Bob's Big Boy signing both of us looked at each other in amazement. We continued on home and got unpacked and the next morning went to go get our animals. We stopped at Bob's Big Boy on the way down for breakfast, they have an amazing buffet I love the oatmeal. This last time I drove my mother up from San diego, as she was recovering from a stroke and it was a nice drive after all the rain. My daughter accompanied us, it was a nice day with three of us as my daughter recently informed that she was pregnant, so it was a nice day for the three of us. We were driving to an outlet mall in Ontario, when my daughter said she was hungry. It was about 4:00 p.m. and we stopped into Bob's. I thought it would be a nice stroll down memory lane for my mother and I, my daughter being 36 she has no memory about big boy. We went in for a late lunch, masks on (ugh!) And were promptly seated. We all got lunch items, our server was amazing and really listened to us. I have to say the only fault, and this was small. But I got to say Bob's was always known for their fries, and these were not those. The oily small stringy, not very tasty, but the rest of the mail is awesome if I could give a four and a half Stars I would, but overall I've got to say that Bob's Big Boy still lose up to its reputation, you just got to improve on the Fry's guys. But I will always be a loyal customer, and we took their server great she was awesome! Five stars for service!
Good food and service. All of our food was good except for my biscuit, which was kinda tough and chewy. The bacon was tasty but could be more crispy & the sausage had a good flavor but seemed oily. The chicken fried steak was better than average. The eggs & hash browns good. The gravy was surprisingly good despite how lightly colored it is.
