Took my mother here to try it out for the first time. We arrived at approximately 12:35 and the door was locked (hours are posted to open at 10) so we decided to go next door to get us a Starbucks,…..here is where it gets very funny!!! While at Starbucks I wait in line to order our drinks, there is only one person at the register ordering (I thought) after waiting unnoticed I couldn’t help but to over hear that the young man (customer) was very obviously flirting with the young Starbucks employee as she flirted back, no problem it was kinda funny ?……….So after waiting,…….(still unnoticed) I decided to make a mobile order. When my drinks were ready, I asked if the place next door was open, the Starbucks employee said “yes, as a matter of fact that’s the owner” the guy that was FLIRTING WITH THE GAL!!!!! Lmao, he (the big bites owner) then said I’ll be right there. My mother and I went out to wait for him to open,…….he didn’t come out to open for quite some time. We left!!!! Bottom line, we never even got the chance to try anything!!!Remember, your customers are the reason that you stay open. Very bad customer service. What really blew my mind was that this was supposedly “The owner”
This place has great food and atmosphere! Our food was quickly prepared and tasted delicious. The staff are stellar and super welcoming. Their spicy chicken sandwich and Cali burger are delicious and their garlic fries... Oh my, their garlic fries are BOMB! Definitely going to be making this our new spot
It tastes fine very average I had a hot dog and a burger and the garlic fries and all of which were the oiliest version of those things I had ever had. Again it tasted fine but it was an absolute mess to eat and the ingredients definitely were a little cheap and two heavily reliant on sauce so the whole meal just slid apart. Also although the manager seemed very nice to his customers he seemed less than nice to his employees and I just really don't care for that maybe not everyone minds but I don't like seeing managers talk down to their staff. Probably not going back but I also don't blame people who enjoy it because again it didn't taste bad.
Pretty good food, my beef patty was kinda squishy, the bacon looked diet, but overall very excellent service pretty good food and I will be going back! Good onion rings btw.
Been here only twice, once to kill a corn dog craving and this time to try the burgers. Best customer service we have EVER gotten. We keep forgetting to get the gentleman's name who works the the counter, but he is amazing. Thanks for making us feel like family.
Staff is very friendly. The chili dog was a little spicy for my liking. Overall, the food is good.
This is with out a doubt the worst burger I've ever eaten. It tasted like a frozen Costco patty. I literally took two bites and tossed it.The onion rings were OK, but there's not many of them.I tossed the whole mess and went and had a slice of pizza. You should too.
Closed on a Friday at 5:15!! WOW!! Way to go!! An employee sitting behind the counter just to say they are closed. Must be because of covid right... That's everyone's excuse these days. Smh.. on to another place of business to give my money too
I originally gave this place a 1 star for poor service, but I realize that’s too harsh. I changed it to a 3 star, taking a star away for both service and price, but of course this rating is pending on future visits. I understand that network service going down is uncontrollably, but switch your sign Off if you are unable to serve costumers due to technical difficulties.
I’m not a big burger guy so I went with a delicious chili cheese dog and a side of garlic fries which was just delicious very warm and a good size. They did not skimp out on the chili like most places. Very clean and they worked fast to get my order out. Overall satisfied.
