This location just received a downgrade from my original 4-star review to 1-starThis is based on the way we were greeted and treated when we attempted to place our order inside the store.Upon arriving at the counter we were completely ignored by the staff inside the store, who refused to acknowledge our presence or even make eye contact.We were getting close to just turning around and leaving, when after a protracted amount of time fast food worker Karen came to the counter. To tell us we needed to wait...It was both the way she said it as well as the fact that when we first came to the counter, someone should have said "we're sorry folks but we'll be very shortly" or something to that effect rather than deliberately ignoring us.Haven't had some time to observe what was going on in the kitchen while we were waiting, it was clear that Karen and two of the other co-workers were highly inefficient while the guy who was doing the cooking seemed to be the only one doing everything at once.I asked Karen not to get our frosty ready before our meal as it was clear the food service was going to be slow and it didn't want to melt before we're ready to eat it, but she just ignored me then gave me a look like a fish out of water.Nothing wrong with the food this time, but if you want to keep your customers don't treat them like they're inconveniencing you or when they come to your establishment, or they won't keep coming back.I don't think the management at certain establishments understand the importance of customer service. I hate complaining about this type of thing, But it honestly it can ruin the experience for you and cause aggravation and annoyance. I've had so many locations with excellent customer service that I just can't overlook these type of issues anymore. The staff really needs to be educated on proper customer care.
The place was totally empty and yet, I have never seen so much garbage on the floor of a fast food restaurant. All the tables were dirty and they did not have frosties ready. Had to wait 20+ minutes for one.I love Wendy's, however, I do not recommend this location.
This location is the worst every time. Day or night the service is never there. My last I would say 6 visits have been all negative. If the order not wrong,it's cold and for my last visit today as I am in the drive-through with no one else in line, im just sitting there waiting for anybody to take my order. I can see through the widow and they appear to have full staff and provide no customer service. I just don't understand how I never got the deserved customer service from this Irvine location. So I finally learned my lesson and drove off with out an order. I just wondered how they stay open when it is always empty.
Most Wendy's are awesome, this one played a joke on me i think. Ordered a Dave's double with no ketchup and a diet coke. Got a double with no ketchup, no lettuce, no tomato, no mayonnaise, just meat and bread. Then some kind of fruity tea. Too messed up to be an error.
I have been staying at the hotel down the street. I have submitted every order online and this location has managed to screw up 80% of my online orders. I order chili with extra onions and with sauce packets. I get chili with no onions and no sauce packets. These people can't even get an online order correct. If I could give a negative score I would.
Ramiro the mgr. and his staff did wonderful work on my orders today, everything just right.All the staff is great here and always gives top service, a favorite stop for me, so I told them today I was going to give them a great review. And so it is.Kudos!
We look ? forward to eating the $4 for 4 or the biggie bag here for a cheap quick meal for the boys from time to time.Not the best food. Wendy’s is one of the better fast food eateries.
The food here is good. When they get your order right. More often than not they will mess up your order, not might, but you come up and let them know and they'll give you the actual thing you ordered relatively fast. Only real complaint. Otherwise a quaint little Wendy's, just like the rest :)
Best location in the area. Never messes up my order and cooks their food to perfection. Highly recommend this particular location if you or a friend want to try Wendy's for the first time.
