Poor service, food okay. Our waiter forgetful. Food okay tasting
As always, the food and service at True Food were fantastic. The music coming over the sound system was a little too loud, and we were outside, but no big deal as we were able to talk. My biggest comment/complaint is about the ladies restroom. What a horrible experience that was!! It was stuffy and cramped with 4 stalls. One was locked as it was out of order and the three others were completely out of toilet paper and only one had toilet seat covers that we were all using as toilet paper. The hand washing station was outside the men's and women' restrooms - again cramped with the line out of the ladies room door, and one faucet completely out of order. I get it was a busy day, but those are the days they should have a bathroom attendant dealing with keeping the bathrooms stocked, clean and decent to use. This is the reason my rating is not 5 stars.
