After a day of touring LA - came back for a reasonable spaghetti dinner. The servings were huge! the atmosphere is like an old terminal. Even the teenagers enjoyed the food. Limited parking unless you valet. Would encourage valet - not a lot of parking in the area.
We made reservations, though it was busy and we still had to wait about 15 minutes. The building is beautiful, lots of ornate wood touches everywhere. Waitstaff we're super nice. It's cool how all the entrees include an app and dessert. I got the chicken Parm and the ice cream at the end. It's a bit pricey but everyone enjoyed themselves.
I have been going here for a little over 16 years Almost my whole life, and I have never had a bad experience until Tuesday May 18th. So at around 7:00-7:30 we arrive at the restaurant and were immediately charged $5 before we even entered the place. I guess we weren’t the only ones confused because even the couple behind us we’re a little surprised at this as well, but The guy didn’t even park our vehicle we were charged $5 to park our own vehicle in the parking lot. (Valet) huh? They charge now with valet parking, it use to just be you tip the person on your way out of the place. I was even told over the phone that they only charge if there is a valet there, Basically they charge you whenever they feel like it. Now for quality/customer service. Believe it or not you should go when it’s busy. The waitresses and cooks seem to be on top of everything during these ours. The place was pretty empty when we got seated yet our waitress seemed a little careless when serving our table. Only checked on us when we’d ask for something and forgot our “to go” order until we mentioned it. Noodles were a little dry, so you had to stir them up, and we even overheard a woman next to our table saying her lasagna was still cold when she got it.
Spaghetti Factory is still the BEST & Freshest ?Pasta & Bread. The Servers are FANTASTIC ?. Senior Menu is just perfect for me. Fermin is such a kind & helpful Server. I dined here 48 years ago with my Engagement party. This location is still exceptional!?
Our server was exceptional, the food was well prepared and delicious, good sized portions, and the restaurant was interesting and visually appealing. Our friends and I cannot wait to go back.
It was delicious my spaghetti with meatballs (so huge) the bread ? was tasty with the soup?? everything was good.
First time at this location. If you want to park in their lot, you have to valet for $5. Otherwise, find your own beach parking near there. It was 2 story so that is different. We had a good waiter.

Reasonable prices for a full meal with soup or salad and dessert. The bread is excellent and service was great. This place is not super fancy but a fun place to take the family.
This place is a favorite of mine. There are so many choices, and a little something for everyone. Reasonable plate sizes and phenomenal drinks. I highly recommend as I've never had a bad experience at any of their locations.
