Since when is there a limit on the magic sauce? What is the point of getting flame broiler if you can’t drench it in sauce? Won’t be coming to this location again.

I am very upset and disappointed with Ivana's customer service and capability today. We called in the order and asked for it to be repeated to ensure accuracy. The avocado scoop was missing even though the order was repeated back correctly. (This is not the first time it happened but we let it slide because we had generally good experiences here. However, today was extremely different.) We had to go back and grab the missing order. Ivana was rude and disrespectful. She also purposely did not cut out the avocado scoop out, to which I am extremely shocked.
They’ve very slow with service.
Okay... if you’re lucky to be in a Western state that has this franchise... ITS A MUST !! White Rice, teriyaki Chx, Fresh cooked carrots and scallions was my go-to lunch 4 out of the 9 days we were at Newport Beach Just a short stroll around the corner from our Beach house!
I left a review of this location 2 years ago with 3 stars. I continued going in. The food and customer service has improved. Just ate my lunch and it was fantastic!
