Honestly worst experience I’ve had with Taco Bell. I placed two order online separately. When I got to the drive thru I told the guy I had 2 orders and he was only mentioning my first order. So I drove up the window to show him I had 2 orders even showed him the receipt and he was saying they didn’t have it being all rude, he said to pull around again because he “had another car behind me” but I pull around and there was no car whatsoever, and tells me thru the speaker like I was a new customer, knowing he told me himself to go around, then when I get my orders they were both incorrect! Will never be at this location again!! Don’t go here guys !!!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!! From my experience the Night Shift is horrible !!!

We visited Taco Bell in Newport Beach after returning from a whale watching excursion. We are vegetarians, so it can be challenging to find healthy and filling options. We looked far and wide on the Balboa peninsula, but ultimately settled on Taco Bell. We're not fast food people, and it took some convincing for my wife to agree. We ordered 2 black bean CrunchWrap supremes, 2 black bean chalupa supremes, and a black bean burrito for my son. We really enjoyed the CrunchWraps very much! They were indeed crunchy from the crispy folded tortilla, and it was filled with fresh crispy lettuce toward the top with black beans on the bottom. For less than $5 and 400 calories, two would be a great lunch option when you're really hungry. The chalupas were also tasty, but they were a bit drier than the CrunchWrap, which had more filling. The black bean burrito was squishy and the beans oozed out the top and bottom. My son didn't finish it, even though he was hungry. I should have gotten him a CrunchWrap, too.Whether you're a vegetarian or not, I think you'll enjoy the black bean CrunchWrap supreme at Taco Bell.

Somewhat lackluster location. Difficult to pull in depending on traffic and almost impossible to park during the day if eating in. Item menu was full menu from what I could tell. Food presentation was rush as always and customer service was just ok.

I like that it's out of the way, unexpectedly on PCH in Newport. Clean and quick service via kiosk.

This is the second time in a row they have charged me for items I ordered but never received. Within this last week. Once you get home and find this out, it's pretty upsetting. For being in Newport this place needs to get it together.

It's Taco Bell so much to love. Everything pretty much tastes the same. It's the texture crunchy, soft, grilled that's what sets each item apart. Mmm

Order was correct, very nice people wiring the counter. It's been over 2 years since my last Taco Bell run, food was fresher than I remember and again very nice people working there.

Only one word can describe this Taco Bell location... PHENOMENAL!They are generous on there portions and have very quick service. That's it.

This has been one of the best Taco Bell's that I have been to, and trust me, I go to a lot of Taco Bell's. The food was made exactly to oder and it was amazing! Customer service was great and the guy who worked the register was such a dawg, he puts a good image on the store.

The tacos and quesadillas are good. But last time I had to wait for my quesadilla more than I should... I had a long line of cars honking behind me.?
