Clearly states above the door that they accept EBT. I was told this evening that they would not accept EBT as payment. Pretty embarrassing after going through the entire order process to be denied.
Horrible customer service, employees are rude to customers, can barely understand what they're saying because their accent is so thick and they don't want to take the patience to repeat themselves so instead they are rude to their customers and rush their customers even when they're slow
eat fresh fast ? you will get prompt service and then some great cookies butspme constrution is going on right now so dont get stuck increasingly crapy traffic butclean and friendly service dont have any concerns with the customer service or anything related to covid they got couple hand sanitizers to keep it nice and sanitized and raise glass to keep the food safe and sound all they need to do is give that some free samples maybe then I say A+ plus all around but I am always glad to support businesses that are proceeding to sit here and serve with great service and have half the employees because that makes happy customers and I’m not always the easiest customer but when I leave without any problems woop woop good job
No sourdough, no lite mayo, no honey mustard. Sandwich was messy and flavorless.
Personally I never want to be judgemental of places. But the guy making the sandwich gave us a sandwich we did not ask for. So rather than complaining as it felt he was trying to rush us off, we paid for it. The cashier almost added up sandwiches that were not ours until we spoke up. It seemed like they did not really care about the customers at all.
I stopped going to Subway about a year ago because of the quality of their meat plus the smaller portions on each sandwich. Two months ago I decided to go back and was delighted to once again find great quality and friendly service.
