I have visited this location 15+ times. The service was as expected and drinks were pretty good each time. The 4 stars were for the lack of feeling anything special from the location. I guess spending money on overpriced, pretty good coffee, and expecting to be a valued customer is a thing in the past. To be fair I stopped thinking Starbucks was the best years ago. I prefer Peet's, better quality and service. As a avid coffee drinker, probably addicted,I spend over 300 dollars A Month
The best Starbucks in our area. They always care about you ? The coffee machine is cleaning on regular basis and if you ask about blonde coffee it will be blonde without any other smells (like from dark roast)
This has got to be the worst Starbucks around. My drink is hardly ever right and the customer service is horrible. I keep giving them chances. I’m done with this location. This is my breakup notice.
Great staff but takes forever
The staff was so funny and friendly! I got stuck at the airport overnight so I spent a very good chunk of my day hanging out with them and they made the experience better. They had cute little sticky notes and a candy basket for Halloween. The whole place was very clean as well. Great job!
I understand Starbucks usually doesn't offer decaf about mid day, however I will usually get some type of alternative offer, pour over, decaf Americano etc. Nothing from the person taking our order. The person who ordered before us didn't get what they ordered and was given a substitute. When asked about the order they were told "that's all we have". A little customer service reminder, don't take an order for something you don't have, and take some sort of interest in your customer orders. I skipped ordering here altogether....
