Seriously, went into this location today, for the third time, in the last year, this time to purchase a 25$ gift card...had just come from the crowded B of A bank next door and only had a 100$ bill...THIS LOCATION IS, IN THE LIDO SECTION OF Newport Beach, which IS THE WEALTIEST SECTION OF THE PENINSULA, for crimini sakes and their exact words were "we can't change a 100$ bill, maybe you can get change next door at the bank"!!! Worse yet, this is the third time I've either witnessed or been the recipient of RUDE and BAD service at this location!!!! Do yourselves a FAVOR and and go a block further to the Starbucks down the street!!!
Would have given 5 stars if they had sugar packets, cinnamon out etc. Mini markets have all the coffee goodies out. Restaurants have all the condiments out on the tables.
