Customer service very good no problem with that. Here is the big problem i am not picky if i get a drink and it has something missing thats not to bad i take it and smile. This is a very high class ritzy area you would think quality would be good oh boy was i wrong. Never ever go here please i ordered 2 strawberry acai lemonade refreshers we did not customize just how it comes we get down the street both were water logged it literally had maybe a little bit of syrup so i go back and they remake them and this time the syrup tasts really bad as if its old or spoiled. Please do not go here the quality is very bad first they hardly put any ingredients and the ingredients they did put in seemed very bad tasting.
Gave me a grande instead of tall, got my name wrong.but they genuinely felt bad for the mistake, all in all still a good vibe. ☺️?
My fav of this season is the Iced brown sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso.
Not my cup of tea or should have said cup of coffee for the price you pay. McDonald's coffee is as good and a lot cheaper. Just my opinion
Short staffed, so long wait. Barista was working their tail off. Felt sorry for them. Call aheads were arruvung and still waiting. Guve yourself plenty of time if you are heading for a flight.
I come to this location at least twice a week!. people here are awesome specially Julia she always welcomed people as soon as she sees them walking right through the doorwith a "welcome to Starbucks" and I personally get a "have a good day"(Wich I'm pretty sure everyone does as well) all the time!!!.Thank you guys for great work and making my iced matcha latte!...

I was there yesterday (9/28/21) to pickup my coffee& breakfast, line was pretty busy and suddenly system crashed, i was expecting no service anymore since system was done, but steve the manager handled the situation so professionally, he gladly offered free food and drink and was helping his staffs to continue giving service to customers!! He was so friendly and welcoming!!!

Went on 8/2 and it looked like they were not only closed...but possibly moving out?
