My fiancee is so in love with the Red velvet cupcakes so delicious ?

Who doesn't like a good cupcake? These are never a let down, in my opinion. There's a great selection of different flavours and varieties and you can't go wrong with whichever one you choose. The staff here are fairly friendly, but the one drawback is how small the store itself is. Sometimes it's just way too crowded inside. With that said, Sprinkles are great and I crave them often and highly recommend this fresh, tasty chain.

The sweetest experience today...apparently they don't except cash, not a big deal if I didn't leave all my stuff at my house. So an amazing gentleman offered to pay with his card and I'll just give him cash. As he paid for it and I'm handing him the cash the sweet cashier (sorry she told me her name and I forgot) said that since the gentleman paid for my cupcakes for me his was free! That really made me love Sprinkles even more (didn't think that would be possible) for them paying it forward for the act of kindness from this gentleman. Thank you SPRINKLES and kind sir!

Cute cupcake store. Yummy flavors and easy ordering + pickup with the app.

I would give them 5 stars if they added a little less sugar to them. One bite into the cupcake and it feels like one took a bite into a bag of sugar. Sweet things are great but the sugar is a bit way too much here I feel ok these cupcakes. They really don’t need to have that much sugar in them to be good.

I enjoy Sprinkles cupcakes, but prior to going to the Newport Beach location I had only really had ever gotten them at an office catering party. I like the seasonal varieties they have and this location is really good about communicating with you for catering. On top of this the ordering system in person is actually really efficient due to the iPad so the staff can focus on the cupcakes/completing orders rather than taking them.

Delicious cupcakes, seasonal Gingerbread cupcake was good but my favorite is Salted Carmel!

Can somebody please explain why ordering a dozen cupcakes online is $100?????

I'll always be a Sprinkles fan. Cupcakes from anywhere else just don't compare, I'm sorry. Even though they've gotten more expensive over the years (and smaller) I'm still a fan. I also love that they bring the seasonal/limited time cupcakes around. The PSL cupcakes that they had earlier this month were BOMB.

I'm not really sure what to say about this place. It's definitely overrated in my opinion. For one, if you're charging gourmet prices I fully expect my coconut cupcake to actually taste like coconut. I do not expect a vanilla cupcake with vanilla frosting that has coconut shreds added in. If that's what you sell, it should be advertised that way. I was highly disappointed to take a bite, expecting coconut, to just have a mouthful of vanilla. I also expect a shop such as this to properly make buttercream frosting; butter should be a component, but not the only ingredient one tastes. I've waited to review because any place can have an off day, but I've been several times now and can say with full confidence my first experience wasn't a one off. I've had dry cupcakes, a flavorless cookie, way too sweet cupcakes, etc. I've pretty much decided to just not purchase cupcakes here again. HOWEVER, one fall I went with a bunch of friends. A friend and I decided to split a cupcake. We chose some sort of pie/cupcake crossover that had a toasted marshmallow in place of frosting. That particular cupcake was AMAZING. I wanted to purchase a other one to eat all on my own. See my dilemma? What do you say about a place that does eh on so many items, but knocks it out of the park on one item?
