Rudest person that I have ever met. He later told me that he was the manager. As you can see, I don't write reviews but this guy was that guy that should not be in the business.
Not only is this a cute little spot on the main drag on Balboa Island, the staff are truly great. I was having a tough day yesterday and was happily greeted by Elana (sp?) and Darby who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their thoughtfulness and kind gestures truly made my day. These two ladies are a gift to this establishment and I am grateful to have meet them both. Thank you again.
Chill place with exquisite food items. Great for people watching or just having a fun day out.
Great place to eat! We went there for lunch today - the pizza is great, and I stole some of my brother's fries and they were amazing. I also really liked the atmosphere of the place - it was nice and fun, and eating lunch there meant it was less crowded. I definitely recommend visiting Snipe if you are in the Balboa Island area.
Great beer and wine bar with awesome food and great service, reasonable prices here too, for being in the Newport Balboa area, will definitely come here again
Incredible margherita pizza, burgers and fries. The sauce on the pizza was out of this world. And the server was amazing!
This was a really cool place. We just stopped in for a glass of wine and it was lovely to sit with my sister, sip some tasty red wine and people watch out their wide open windows.
Good food w quality ingredients (pizzas, sandwiches), fast, friendly service and an eclectic tap selection. Blonde wood and people watching thru open windows on Balboa Island's main drag adds to the casual charm.
This is a nice little gem on Balboa Island. We stopped by there and ordered wine and apps. The food was fantastic. I recommend the ahi. The service was great. Loved the cozy atmosphere.
