Great food. Salmon terrific and the thin crust pizza is amazing every time.
I'm done with this location. 21119 Newport Coast Dr, Newport Coast, that is. Your cook cleans his area station with a cotton towel...then just after that, he rolls your burrito without changing glows. If you wonder why you're sick after a few hours, lack energy, your throat is itching, now you know why. You're welcome :)
Don’t go to this establishment if your vaccinated unless you want to be scolded about not wearing a mask. I’ve ordered the nachos to dine in and for takeout. The difference in proportions is ridiculous I shouldn’t be penalized for taking my food to go when I’m feeling uncomfortable because your server is attacking me in the middle of my order for not having a mask on. If that’s the case you might as well hire security to stop people from coming in not wearing a mask. As you can see in the pictures even the presentation of the nachos themselves are different.
Out of all the Sharkys … this was the Worst place to eat in the area of Newport coast, Mexican food in particular.Restrooms were not clean, the food portion is ridiculously small, and the quesadillas were drenched In oil!! Overall the experience and quality was BAD!!! Service could be better and the outside had a lot of bird dropping!!!
Had the tacos. The tortillas dont travel well. Ingredients are fresh and they combine great. Establishment was clean and presentable. Food was delicious minus the tortillas a bit dry but because ordered to go.

Whenever I visit Newport Beach I always go to Sharkys! Their food is excellent! They have an extensive menu that includes organic, vegetarian, and vegan options. I love their roasted vegetable bowl, one of my favorite things. Their tostada salads, bean and cheese burritos and fajita bowls are also delicious! They have great nachos too! Always fresh and friendly service!
The avecados on my dish were old and had brown spots. Not cool!
Love this place will always stop by when I'm near one since they closed the location in Long Beach a few years ago
