I love a good dive bar...this one is great for the area. The crew was great, Food was Spot on and the prices were really good for california. Went back a few times during the week to try multiple food items. Great every time

We were only in Newport Beach for 3 days and the Shamrock was on our wishlist to visit. We stopped in just a little while before closing on a Tuesday night and were informed by the friendly bartender that we get one last-call, but were welcomed right in. I only have a brief first impression, but the Shamrock felt like a place I would love to frequent if I could! Quiet and unassuming. And, based on their website, they have music acts somewhat frequently. There was something about their city license not allowing patrons to dance to the music, though? Not sure if I believe that =) but look forward to checking it out when I'm back!
Safe place lots of securities surounds . We have enjoy their drinks and the place its a happy place . Great !
