The pizza here is very tasty. Great place to bring friends and catch up. Very chill atmosphere and fun song selections.The pizza seems to not have much structure in the middle. The crust is very thin and tends to break apart and spill everything on the dish. When I went here last, the soda fountain seemed to dilute its soda with more soda water than syrup which made the coke taste off.Overall great pizza place.
Really friendly staff, super clean and a very hip, snappy vibe. The new owners really did a great job bringing life back to this old school family pizza Parlor.I personally don’t like the pizza, actually the BBQ chicken pizza is good but the pepperoni was just really blah. My wife told me the next day that she two didn’t like here pizza. The Anti-Pasta salad was great and the garlic knots were yummy.5 STARS because the service was awesome and I think the place is a really good family place but the pizza was kind of just not good. I’m nit a chef but I think the pizza sauce needs a little spice. Maybe an updated Spotify or something with a kick would be awesome.
Love this place! At different times I've had pizza slices and Caesar salad.. One time I Had their meatball sandwich and boy - that thing was delicious!! The only way it would move from nine stars to ten stars would be if I got a little side of marinara with it!
Solid spot for NY style pizza. Lots of ready to eat slices options behind glass. Minus a star due to prices but I understand that is covid inflation
Great pizza and staff. You can get a slice for $5 or order a whole pizze. It gets packed at times and hard to find parking, definitely no such thing as social distancing in line. One time a lady turned her head and her hair smacked me. Would recommend ordering online and picking it up.
We ordered a Pepperoni Pizza for Pickup ......- Well done with Double Pepperoni.= Excellent - exceeded our expectations.Crust was super crispy. Barely any fold.The added parmesan and Chili flakes were perfect.Loved the corn meal underlay.Our son recommended and this was our first visit.We will be back !Great PizzaCurious about the new .....The Capri ? $32.00 - it better be good ?BTW - We just looked it up after this review and had no idea.We wanted to add that there are Great people behind this place - Stan Frazier. He is a super community supporter. Donates his time, his pizza, to make people and his community a better pace.
This place is just like I remembered it from 25 years ago. Okay not 100% There's been a few cosmetic changes and definitely some menu upgrades but still the same great Pizza! Oh, and their TV sets are much better, too! A great place to catch a football game while eating and having a beer...
This place was great. Staff was dealing with a huge party of wild kids, the place was a mad house and they were still patient and kind, pizza came fast and it was delicious. A manager or owner or something came out to greet us and ask us how our visit was going and that was really nice. She was very sweet and dressed up for Halloween and in the spirit! I really enjoyed this experience and if I wasn’t from Illinois I would definitely have been a regular!
Came here with coworkers for lunch. It was my first time there. Pizza was pretty greasy and felt like the pepperoni pin wheels were overcooked and dense. I don't think we will be back.
