so goodi usually hate sushi but it Slapped (with a capital S indeed)service was a 10/10 and our server even recommended a place to get donuts after dinneri loved it
When I finished half of Udon, I found the bug and talk to them. But they didn't apologize it and just asked want new one or refund the money.Check your kitchen first before make the foods, and keep clean.No one wants to pay for bug.Bty, their Udon is trash. They used brocolies and cabbages for Shrimp Tempura Udon, and flavor was based on soybean sauce . Original Shrimp Tempura Udon don't use vegetables for it, and use Katsuobushi for flavor of the soup.
We visited this sushi bar for lunch and had a great experience! Not too crowded, we had a window seat and were able to people watch while dining. The sushi and service were great!
The food was delicious and the servee was an awesome guy! Very knowledgeable and helpful with both the sushi and sake options!
Came in after a day of flying, hotel guy said that is where he goes. Was very crowded and lively when I walked in. They promptly made me a spot at the sushi bar. The chef, presuming he is the owner, asked me what I wanted. Told him, Omakaze, chef’s choice. Fish was excellent. Large pieces of fish. Very well executed. Would come back in a second

Today is Jan 25th 2022. I've been trying all fancy Sushi places in OC, but this place is completely different.Every roll has a different flavor, style and presentation.Highly recommend this place.Thank you Sakae team
