There was street parking close by but it cost money, this place does not have outdoor seating areas and the indoor seating is really limited ( less than 10 seats)There were two different groups of people sitting inside when we arrived, the staff didn’t even clean the table after those people left, you can tell from the pictures in below, the table was dusty and sticky.This place is a little pricey, the Grilled Pork Spring rolls were really good, I loved the sauce a lot but the Pork Belly Crazy Rich 'Bao' Steamed Bun Slider is really small and the meat was so dry, and the drink was really disappointing too, the size was small and there was more ice than there was drink, I couldn’t taste any lemon flavor in it…The most disappointing part was their service, we simply asked if they do military discount and the staff rolled her eyes and said no, it’s totally fine if you don’t do military discount but that attitude was not okay, they also missed our order of Grilled Pork Bnh M Baguette Sandwich, we had to remind them before we left.

Small portion that are not traditional at all. The combo pho has only brisket and filet but there is so little I can’t say it counts as even a meat portion. There is no basil, only parsley. The sprouts aren’t fresh either. It’s a small bowl at best. Sandwich was more generous but it came with a sliver of cucumber the size of a chopstick and half a cup of carrot shreds. I don’t know who is cooking this, but I won’t be coming back. There is wayyyyyy better pho and authentic Vietnamese food down the street with may better portions s as bad taster service. I have no idea who is rating this business so high. It’s a gift to get this high with this quality and portions at the price they charge. No more for me.
Some of the best bahn mi I have ever had. The pork had a grilled flavor that is just perfection. The aroma of the phò is so good, I need to come back for it!
Very good food. Big variety in menu. Very clean and awesome customer service! Owners work hard to provide the best quality food. During the week before 4 pm easy to find parking. Weekends and late afternoon hours are always busy.
Banh mi was not toasted well and fell apart easily. You can get much better quality banh mi at Banh Mi Che Cali or THH Sandwiches.
We tried this place for lunch today. 4 of us ate there today and each of us had something different with a variety of allergies and the food was reasonably priced, filling and flavorful. We really enjoyed the food that was freshly prepared. Took about 20 minutes from when we ordered to pick up 10/10 would eat there Again!
It’s hard to find the parking so crowded always. Their food is good but kind of small portions for 2 people at least need to order 3 items. Price is reasonable. Need to upgrade the kitchen when they were cooking the whole restaurant was smoky.
I really enjoyed this location I remember when it was Royal Thai I think it’s good there was a change even though I like Thai food to the service was great and so was the food I would just recommend that the employees wear masks and you could even suggest it for people coming inside given that we are now around the Delta variant besides This it was a great experience there
The Green Rice is something I always look forward too! Owners are the best!
