Wonderful service and staff, food was a little expensive for me but quality was excellent. There are some bad reviews here, but they are all complaining about very stupid things (one guy complaining that he didn't feel "safe" because someone wasn't wearing a mask right ?, another who thought this was diner), but they should be disregarded
Food Is OK but they don take orders by phone. You have to order and pay online. For someone busy like me not convenient at all. I like a simple call and pay at the store vs entering my payment info online.
I was a bit disappointed by the Greek salad. Very few olives and no feta.
Restaurant and cruve were clean, but far from the traditional doner flavor. The flavor was very bad. Staff could be more friendly and helpful. sorry i don't recommend.
Pita Pita is special to me. They make one of the best falafels in the area. They make house-made pita bread. They are always kind and professional when dealing with them. Lastly, their veggies and salads are always fresh.
Drove all the way here to find out they're closed for 10 days due to covid infection and being under staffed. But the website didn't mention anything, the Google maps page doesn't reflect this update and the recorded message on their phone doesn't say any of that either.I understand the hardship, but you have some responsibility towards your customers. I have never been here and was looking forward for some falafel.Also, in the 3 minutes it took me to wrote this up, at least 3 people walked up to the door and seemed surprised that it's closed.One last thing, the note doesn't have a date so you can't even tell when the start and finish of the 10 day period is.
Food was tasty. Good customer serviceI had an opportunity to meet Roy and talk (not sure if he is the owner or manager of the place). He also enjoy the fd. Price is reasonable and the place is clean
My first time on 10/4 nice place good choices but very disappointed!!! ordered steak shawarma over Greek salad got burnt oily tiny tiny bits and pieces of steak shawarma and no 2 sauces. Monday night dinner disaster.
Horrible. Nothing Mediterranean about this place. The food is totally bland.
I come here about 3 times a week. Same thing every time. 1 Chicken Kebob and a side of rice. Always great service.Tonight a new guy was on register and first sadly no one from the back would come out snd help him and he must have apologized 20 times..Then.....after I’ve ordered it every time and paid for it they no longer sell a side of rice!!! I’m not buying a freaking plate because you made new rules. Last visit. Terrible service. Not from the new guy but his supposed support in back!!!!I want to add that the Manager on Duty was very concerned because yes... they do sell a side of rice. From what I observed when the new guy asked for help rather than taking a moment with him she simply said no side of rice.Plus side, the manager cares, there is hope for the new guy because he was nice and knows when and that it’s ok to ask for help and super plus if they keep that woman in the back off the register!She could not have cared less about customer service.Thanks to the manager I know this wasn’t the norm and of course I’ll go back. It’s delicious.
