Iced blended mocha did not come out correct at this location. It's very unfortunate to have a negative review especially cause the staff was so nice. The drink was watered down and they do not have a drive thru here niether.
I love this Peet's location! The staff is always cheerful, work quickly through orders, and always have a smile on their faces! I love the location, and the CDM Plaza is always clean and a wonderful place to work.
What's there to say, the coffee is great the service friendly and efficient. I had coffee and had them bring half caffeine this morning. Mmm good

This place is right by the library of Newport Beach, and Bristol's Market. Nice atmosphere and if you wanted to go for a walk plenty of shops restaurant s and bars to visit.

Soha brought the people from the treatment center that I work at to this place this morning and it was a little confusing for the workers because there was about eight people and the girl was a little short with me when I stood at the counter but I had to due to having all their money. But I get it she was busy and I still got everything we needed in a timely manner just not the friendliest Place I've ever been to
