The food is excellent, the service is great. This is one of our favorite places.
I’ve lived in OC, CA for awhile and cannot believe I had never been to this place. Absolutely phenomenal !!! Everything on the menu is incredible, and service is fabulous. Highly recommend!!!
We ordered the family meal and added 2 beef kabobs. I thought they were subbed for some of the chicken but they just added them which was fine. My only complaint is that they only give a tiny serving of tzatziki sauce (which you can see in the picture) for the whole family plate and when we wanted more they said it would be an additional charge. The amount we were given did not seem proportional to the amount of food in the serving. Regardless, the service was friendly and efficient.

Fabulous food and service! Less happy about recent price increases, so we've cut out visits from 1-2 times/week to 1-2 times per month. We much prefer CDM over Santa Ana location for consistency of food and caliber of service. Wa live very close to SA location but they never seem to get the order just right and seems like something always goes wrong, but not the case with CDM. CDM is also much more personal and relaxing ambience. Worth the drive... we've been doing it for years.
I had the Lamb kabob - it came with rice and a salad. The portion was very large. The meat was a little tough but had good flavor. The rice and salad were fine. The two others liked their meals and the service was good. I could have given a three star or more 3.5 but I would go again and so I rounded up.
Always so tasty. Everytime my friend flys in from New York, he wants to go to Panini. We've had possibly everything on the menu, there are no losers. He's Armenian and has loved everything. Don't pass up the hummus trio!

Love the quaint vibe to this restaurant. Staff is courteous and quick and the food is delicious. Perfect spot for dinner with the family or a few friends. I eat here regularly and really recommend this particular location. ?
