This Nespresso store was so inviting. They were giving samples of cold Liminha, and Coconut. They were so helpful all the way around. Great experience.
Worker with the purple hair is so rude it is unbelievable. She said, “ Can you move!” To my fiancé in the rudest manner. So sad, not sure how this person even has a job. Not to mention be prepared for her to yell your order to you. Never coming back sorry.

Lovely Nespresso shop with just about everything available. It's always very clean! There does tend to be a line, but the representatives are usually quick. The samples are good, and they carry it for the Vertuo and Original lines -- they don't do the sample boxes in-store, though, like the online orders.

Can’t live without my daily fix of Nespresso coffee. Was low on decaf options so I stopped by and loaded up. I’ll be good for a while!!

I am writing today to share my negative experience at Nespresso fashion island. During a heavy rain today, I had dissatisfied with customer service. The shop was busy withcustomers, and I arrived at 7:05 pm to buy coffee and tried to enter, but it was locked though it was busy with customers. The Nespresso associate waived hand in determiningit's closed not even didn't try to come closer to speak to us through we are frequent customers.The Nespresso team should address this kind of attitude as soon as possible. As a customer, I do not think I am wanted and could easily take my business to another store.
