My family and I love My Galley café so much! Being able to walk and grab a coffee, tea, and bagels for the family in minutes is such a great way to start the day! Everyone that works here is so sweet. They genuinely make an effort to connect with their customers, especially the locals. Our dog loves making friends here, too! Cannot recommend these guys enough!

I hate doing this…but I’m hoping I’ll feel better after spending $19 on a small latte with an extra shot and a breakfast burrito. Long story short…called it in and waited for another 15 minutes…to get the most pathetic breakfast burrito not only on the peninsula but quite possibly the planet! Lady said have some free salsa…all the salsa was sitting in water upside down and sideways so that each salsa looked as if they were taking on water in each container. I’m hoping this was just an off day, but maybe the owner will recognize additional help is needed especially if your going to pay $8 dollars for a small latte with 2 shots of espresso

Love this little hole in the wall. My husband and I discovered this adorable little café on an early morning walk in the area. We both got iced coffee which were very strong and the perfect pick me up. I really enjoyed the Balboa Twister smoothie and my husband got the açaí bowl which was fresh and delicious. We will be visiting this place every morning until our vacation is over.

Food and coffee were amazing. The staff was very friendly. I ate there twice while on vacation and wish I had a place like this at home.

Pastrami Panini was good. Prices are a bit steep but this is Newport.

Girl at counter was nice seemed like she was taking orders making coffee and cooking food. There should've been a cook there so we didn't have to wait 25 minutes for breakfast but I believe she did her best considering the circumstances and the long line. Also she kept coughing without a mask while making our food so I hope I don't get covid.

The breakfast burrito was awesome! Fresh squeezed OJ was really good too.

I love this place. I go here everytime for coffee and breakfast when I'm here. Great food and friendly staff.

Website says opens at 6 and we got up early to get sunrise sandwiches. Apparently they are consistently an hour late to open and really open at 7.

Cozy local spot for grabbing sandwiches and smoothies.
