Upon arriving at the shop, parking made be a bit troublesome as the are has street parking or you're parking in the neighborhood. Walking in, the staff is friendly and the shop is clean. There's a good selection of cookies and milk to choose from and the staff was nice to let us know which are the favorties. Cookies were warm, fresh and tasted great. Also pick up the root beer float milk and it was interesting.
Of the few different cookie places I've tried, this one is my favorite. The cookies taste homemade. They are crispy on the outside and softer on the inside. They have a good variety of flavors. The ice cream tastes homemade too. We liked that it wasn't too sweet and had a nice creamy consistency. The warm cookie with ice cream is delicious! And the staff was very friendly.

I ordered the combo of a warm chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of cookies & cream and it was the best ice cream I’ve had in the area. Very reasonable too for only $5 given the quality
One would believe that a biz that calls itself "Milk and Cookies" would have stellar ice cream and cookies. They don't. We were disappointed. The Brown Butter ice cream was grainy, the vanilla was fine - good flavor and consistency. But what was supposed to be a "warm" toffee cookie was not. It was rather hard and cooled off far too quickly to have ever been warmed. My husband didn't make any comment about the snickerdoodles; so they must have been ok. I think the long queues are because the queues at the other two nearby ice cream businesses are even longer. Lucky for them they catch the overflow.

My kids and I loved milk and cookies. I’ve been a few times now, and the line could get a little long, but it moves fast. You’d think it’s just milk and cookies, but of course they also have ice cream. It all tastes home made. My favorite is the peanut butter cookie with cookies’n cream ice cream. The cookie is warmed just enough to where you feel the difference in temperature as you take a bite, but not too much so that it melts your ice cream. The flavored milks are all good as well, orange bring our favorite.
