While mastros Ocean Club is undeniably a premium level steakhouse, this branch has a boat load of attitude. Took my family there for my daughter’s birthday. Took 30 minutes to be seated - so why have a reservations system? Hostesses in front seemed aloof and disengaged Our server was overall pleasant and knowledgable, but uneven. Missed one of the cocktails. sequentially slow to take each wave of orders - food basket, drinks, appetizers, main course. We arrived at 7:30; got seated after 8 and did not get main course until around 9:15PM. At that point we were starved. Pacing matters. On the positive side, our server was very gracious about bringing a shared dessert - personalized for my daughter - and did not try to up-sell wine options, so I gave him a full 20% tip.

The evening was awesome. Food, service etc One disappointing aspect, I had indicated online that it was our 29th wedding anniversary. Usually there is some mention of congratulations during the meal and a writing on the desserts ordered but nothing happened.

42nd wedding anniversary, The food and the audience was spectacular. This is our third year in a row celebrating at Mastro‘s.

Busy Friday evening visit. My husband's steak was forgotten so the rest of the party had to eat while he waited for his steak to be done. Service wasn't great. We ordered a bottle of wine upon sitting and waited a 30mins before it arrived to our table. Food was amazing, butter cake to end the evening made the visit worth it!

The service was horrible, we were sat next to the waiter station with constant commotion. One of the servers ran into my chair and knocked my head/shoulder hard. We asked to be moved but they refused. Manager actually asked me why I didn't move to seat across the table so I was out of traffic flow which was so rude. The reason I didn't sit across the table was I didn't want to LOOK at wait staff the entire night. Preferred to look out window. We were at restaurant for over an hour before our food order was taken and we didn't get our food until hour 2. Our waitress took one person's order and would walk away to talk to another server and come back for next person. It was so rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed. This is NOT a special event restaurant. the manager was not helpful, argued with me about close quarters etc. Servers were not trained to appropriate level. Overall, a bad experience. And almost 90 mins into our meal, they offered to move us to the next table. By that time, nobody wanted to move as we were eating salads. The manager could have moved us for open tables but didn't. She said table was reserved for 6 months but I know that isn't true because i called to request a table and they told me they don't reserved tables. So, this Mastro's is not customer or service oriented.

Always great to dine at Mastros
