Absolutely fantastic sandwiches here. I have tried the Italian and the Pastrami on Rye so far. Both are superb. I have also picked up some steaks from the butcher that were truly amazing. They have some really good high end meats, and everything looks super fresh. Lastly, the staff are really friendly. You cannot go wrong with this place.

The hamburgers are well priced compared to their other offerings. If you order the Cuban sandwich, know that it is their smallest (half the size of their Ruben.)

The best damn pastrami sandwich you will ever have; blows NYC sandwiches all to hell! Awesome place, fresh meats to cook at home and super friendly service in a clean atmosphere. Love it! Wish I discovered this before…alas, do yourself a delicious favor! Enjoy!

The best pastrami sandwich in OC. The staff was very helpful and the quality of meats fantastic. The Reuben was good but next time I'll try the meatball and Spicy Italian sandwiches.

Such a great place to grab sandwiches…and the meat + cheeses look amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the shop/patio area are super clean. You can buy a steak/sausage/chicken/etc and they will season it and grill it for you right in the store. So cool!

One of the best pastrami sandwiches (if not the best) in town. Quick service, friendly atmosphere and great selection of meat cuts and other goods. BTW, the rib sandwich is also a must.

Pastrami and corned beef sandwiches are among the best I've ever had, even compared to the east coast. Potato salad is decent, doesn't compare with Tommy Pastrami though. Halibut ceviche was pricey, about ten bucks for a small tub but after I finished it I wished I had purchased another one, amazing and fresh. I suggest online or phone ordering as during the lunch rush it gets pretty packed and it's a very small place. Next time I'm definitely getting some of the cured meats and maybe a dry aged strip or ribeye.

Excellent shop! Enjoyed a delicious pastrami sandwich! Chatted with the owner, Mario, and the guy at the counter, Ivan. They were extremely knowledgeable about what they sell in their shop. They had some amazing looking steaks and cuts of meat in the showcase. Australian Wagyu, American Wagyu, something I can't remember the name of but they said it is a Wagyu and Angus crossbreed. They have various cuts dry aged, and the lowest grade I saw was prime. Mario talked about how he smokes his own pastrami and how he developed his method through his previous experience here and abroad. Definitely recommend this shop. Be prepared to see prices that seem high. Remember, this isn't the grocery store! These are high grade meats and are priced as such! Also, this is Newport Beach, one of the most expensive cities of one of the most expensive counties in the country! You come to a place like this to get something you don't just get everywhere.

Food was fantastic, would definitely eat here again. However, they quoted me a 20 minute wait and it took an hour 20 to get three sandwiches. When they did eventually show up, I got someone else's sandwich. I ate someone else's pastrami, and it was very nice. On a quieter day this would be a great place to get a sandwich.

Are you kidding me? The pastrami sandwich was perfection. The staff was friendly and fast. I love this place!! Can't wait to try the whole menu
