Wifie and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary last night and MM delighted in every way. I highly recommend the taster's menu with the wine pairing. The food, service and ambiance were world class. The food was delicious and each dish was a work of art that I almost felt bad eating but certainly enjoyed it. The wine pairings were perfect and different than your average California wines. Most were French and our server whose name I forgot was just perfect. Attentive but never overbearing. A true professional. We are so happy we chose MM and look forward to celebrating with them again. Thank you!

Our anniversary celebration. Everything was perfect except my husband's Filet Au Poivre which was tough. He did not finish it. However, the five-course tasting and wine pairing was absolutely perfect. Our friends had the braised short ribs and roasted lamb ribeye that they said was outstanding. Kelly was our server and did a great job. I will return, but it may be without my husband.
We have been blessed to enjoy the creativity and hospitality of the Chefs Florent at Marche Moderne for many years at their former location, and now at Crystal Cove. Presentation of the 5 course tasting menu was exquisite. Lorisa's service, as always, was warm, attentive, and professional.
Always excellent service and incredibly creative food! Bryan offered excellent service as well as recommendations for our extraordinary dinner. Our favorite restaurant in OC !

Besides the excellent food, the entire staff, from Host Max to server Dane were very accommodative to our special needs.
We had the Hamachi, Salmon (special) & Filet Au Poivre. Excellent in every way.
