I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to because of how bad my experience was here. My boyfriend ordered us 2 slices of pizza- one plain and one pepperoni, to which The guy told us it would be about a 20 minute wait and we said that that was fine. 45 minutes go by, and we still did not receive our slices. Finally, they give us two large whole pizzas- One was a barbecue chicken pizza and the other one was pepperoni and bacon. Not even remotely close to what we ordered. My boyfriend brings them back up and says that it’s the wrong order and they start yelling at him arguing with him and trying to tell him that they were right about it and we were wrong. The workers started getting very aggressive and threatening even though we were not being loud or aggressive. After over an hour of being there, we left without ever getting our slices - they also overcharged my boyfriends credit card- they charged $50 on it for two slices and then said “my bad” and gave us $40 in cash back. It was the most unprofessional and ridiculous experience I have ever had at a food establishment. I have never witnessed employees being so rude to a customer that did absolutely nothing wrong and was being incredibly patient the entire time. Fast forward to today, I was walking past this establishment with my friends and the workers started whistling and cat calling us. Who runs this place??? Their pizza is honestly pretty good tho, so If you don’t mind being harassed and waiting an hour for a slice of pizza that you may or may not ever get, this is your place.
Pizza is extremely good and tasty. Would highly recommend. However the reason I only give 3 stars instead of 5 is the way that it was delivered to me. Not sure if it was the stores mishap or the delivery persons. But highly disappointed in the presentation after opening the pizza box. Will definitely eat here again but most likely not through delivery.
Good food, good service. Everything was good. Pizza, wings, subs. I would recommend to any one. If you're in the area you have to go.
This pizzeria is lovely! The staff are always nice, even when I work late and call in an order closer to closing.It would be cool if they had more vegan toppings, but I'm happy getting vegan pizzas with the stuff they already have.
Food was fine, but we found hair in a slice and none of the workers were wearing masks. Made it uncomfortable to order at the window. We were just visiting the area so I'd say reliable pizza but maybe not best health and safety.
If I could give a negative 100 stars I would. This place is run by idiots and thieves. Paid for two pizzas and a salad and was told 45 min. Was told they would deliver to beach. Flat out lied to on five phone calls. I hope this place goes out of business tonight. Horrible horrible experience and beyond pathetic communication. Two hours and nothing.
Looking for best vegetarian pizza. This was the best pizza we had. We did half & half choosing garlic, onion, jalapeños, olives & pineapples. Really great. It’s not a sitting place just on the go. U can see how we are the pizza in the pictures.
Coming from the east coast, I couldn't believe what passes for pizza out here. Then I tried Laventina's one night by chance and I thank the good Lord that I did... FINALLY I found real pizza!! Full of cheese, good amount of sauce, and good crust. Their pepperoni is good too, but they don't put enough of it on the pizza... other than that, it's perfect. I don't even go near the other places at all anymore!
It was late, I'm in a city I've never been before, and my girlfriend and I needed pizza. We choose to take the drive from Irvine and check this place out.Delicious! Popular, too. Prompt service, friendly staff. A highlight of my trip!
First time, got the Hawaiian style pizza with Canadian bacon. The big cheese came threw with all of it. Lots of cheesy goodness great pizza
