Kean Coffee is popular for its great coffee, roasted on site. I no longer drink coffee and was a little disappointed in the selection of herbal teas. Also, the scone I got was a bit dry. My husband was happy with his coffee and biscotti.
If gold and diamonds could have a flavor, this coffee shop delivers it in a cup! Coffee beans are roasted on-site, literally, as I’m writing this review and drinking the coffee I just purchased along with a delicious blueberry scone. In my opinion, the environment is absolutely fantastic, comfortable, cozy, and I believe sets an example of what a coffee shop really should be. Considering it’s not very large, there seems to be a good use of space while creating a reasonably intimate atmosphere. There’s a wide variety of coffee available for purchase to take home and grind yourself, while the hot coffee available for purchase and drinking may vary slightly day today. So while for some of you reading this may consider the distance from where you are to the store a bit far to grab a coffee every morning to work, at least you can check it out on the weekends and perhaps by a couple of bags of your own coffee beans to grind at home. But of course the trick is figuring out how much you need to use to make the same flavored cup! I would recommend visiting this place at minimum three times and try something different and see what you think for yourself! The coffee is flavorful and the selection of items to eat are plenty full, so it’s very likely you’ll find something to enjoy!
Little story: I’ve tried Kean Coffee at the library, and it was delicious. Since then I couldn't find time to visit their cafe but is was in my list.I went today, and I was blown away by neighborhood vibes, great people and a nice atmosphere.And COFFEE. It is tasty and it roasted just as I wanted.I can not wait to visit their Tustin location
Great vibe and place.No WIFI, only reason for a 3 star review. Not sure the marketing strategy there, seems cheep for a fancy location.
We stumbled upon this delightful coffeehouse by accident and we are soo glad we did!! We wanted a cup of tasty coffee and didn't want to go to chain coffee places. We ordered a cortado and a orange mocha latte (or something like that). Both were smooth and delicious. Not bitter at all! The treats were tasty as well.The atmosphere is warm and cozy. Lots of treats options. We appreciated that they have alternative milk options as well. The staff was very kind, warm, and welcoming.We will be back!!
A comfortable, warm and relaxed coffee shop with friendly staff. The coffee is phenomenal, brewed daily on location. Seating, inside and outside, is attractive. (outside seating is dog friendly).
One of the best coffee shops I have ever visited. Staff was great! Customer service was excellent. The coffee and pastries were delicious. Parking is spacious, our group had a variety of drinks and we all enjoy the full flavors, fresh aroma. The ambiance was great, love the place.
Even when only takeout was available during the pandemic, this is where we went to keep our sanity. Not only are the cappuccinos first-rate, the staff takes great pride in serving its loyal clientele, which is low-key and charming. Whether you want to read, chat with friends, or just chill, this is the place.
We came here for espresso last week since we chose to invest some energy here. We love to have a talk over some espresso. We picked this area since it's perhaps the best spot to snatch an espresso. Food is acceptable, as well. The group is proficient and affable. The room is shocking, moderate, splendid and breezy, with a lot of regular light pouring through the wide glass windows.
Seriously the best coffee around. Nice location lots of room. Cool seating.
