Great service sandwiches are dislishes.

Awful experience at lunch today with the store manager and a young, rude cashier. She shook her head in disgust and said no she would not say please under any circumstances. The manager was no better and had no explanation why he was in the bathroom for 10 minutes while we waited to speak with him. He seemed like he could care less and we returned our food and left to never return again. It’s really a shame that the attitude of New Jersey is ever present here in Newport Beach California.Terrible experience and my friend beside herself.
I had a complaint regarding one of the rudest employee I have met so far! and I had to wait more than 10 minutes for the manager to get out of the bathroom (seemingly he was taking his break in the bathroom). His cashier (the little girl) disrespected my friend for she said that she doesn't want to be polite. My friend asked her if she could be polite while she was asking him repeatedly in a bossy way to remove his card, he said can say please? she said "No, I will not." and she shook her head saying no and laughing. I told her that this is not a joke, it's serious. She said "I don't care."
Very expensive for a sub place.
Subs are amazing but they have literally messed up my order 8 out of 10 times. I need to watch what they put on my sub if not almost definitely it's not correct.

The service is always friendly and very quick. The sandwiches are great. This is one of my granddaughters favorite places.
Always great food, these guys were busy as heck today and I still got great service!
Had to wait 30 minutes because the messed up my order. Ridiculous.
