Bad customer service. The people were very rude to me. The guy didn’t greet me, didn’t even acknowledge my existence as i said thank you have a nice day. Drink was chunky and still had powder in it. i ordered a drink that has no fruit but somehow there was fruit chunks in it. overall worst experience i’ve had at jamba.
Not The first time they close before their time online ,,, it’s happened many times nowLike today Sunday they should close at 6But they closed at 5 !!!!
The person did everything. She was very nice but rushed. She had to take orders, make the drinks, clean up and serve. She was alone. They need more people. Be prepared to wait.
I had the seasonal plant-based pumpkin smoothie. It was great!

Updated menu had great new options while keeping the best of the classics. Staff was on it. Friendly patrons made it a great experience.

I remember when Jamba Juice used to be so good, however now it’s just washed down and has no flavor. I ordered a Caribbean passion SMOOTHIE and when I took the first gulp it was just like fruity tasting water. The drink is so runny and has little to no flavor. I will not be buying Jamba Juice until they fix this problem. This location is sadly not the only one to have this problem. It was also not full. There was a huge gap between the cap and my “smoothie” (more like juice).
Diana is an extremely rude and unprofessional employee, can't imagine why someone would hire her.Diana is the District Manager, she is rude, unprofessional at all levels, her treatment to her employees is unacceptable, and makes customersfeel she is doing us a favor.JAMBA, you are not the only juice company in OC !What can you expect from a company, that their leadership has this attitude.
So me and my girlfriend went there for first time . Lily greeted ur good and was exceptionally great in her service . There were almost 12-14 people in the store but she handled everyone on her own . Strange that she was only one working there But she was heck busy .Overall great experience ✅Lily , keep up good work .You deserve kudos & an appreciation ??
