The place smells like sewage and the bathrooms are disgusting. I ordered gluten free with allergy sensitivity and they weren’t careful until I stood there watching.
I ordered the Meatless Mike and it had no meatballs. Who does that?!? One star and never going back !!!
Delicious sandwiches EVERY TIME and although I have never spoken to someone directly, I've gotten apology note for out of stock chips and things like that (so they sent me double chips or double lollipops!). Great customer service ?Quality food for the price and the Zapp's chips they sell have become one of my favorites!I usually order past the lunch hours through Door Dash and they are super fast!PICTURE: 30. Good luck ordering from this place. Online ordering is only available through their stupid app, which crashes every time I try to use it. Meanwhile, their phone always rings to a busy signal. Only option remaining is to order at the counter and wait, which takes FOREVER. Hard pass.
This was honestly one of the best fast casual subs I've ever had. Quick service and a delicious #18. Lollipops at the end are a bonus.

They took a while…. But definitely amazing sandwich…. I had “thanksgiving sandwich” the turkey was juicy, the cranberry perfectly sweet. Definitely going back to try more sandwiches. Their voodoo chips were really good too!
Huge selection of sandwiches. Lots of vegan/vegetarian options. The Top Gun was great. So we're the seasoned fries. Happy we stopped here!
