It’s not very hygienic to see all of those workers put their heads inside the refrigerator without a cap/ hair net! I change my mind never go there again. Especially that Asian kid omg he has a very long hair and back and forth shakes his head inside the refrigerator. disgusting!!!
So it was a hot day when we were enjoying a day in the Fashion Island center in the City of Newport Beach, CA. We looked for a place that would quench our thirst and cool us off. We are so lucky that we found Gelato Pardiso. The gelato was so delicious! Boy they made it tough by having a variety of flavors to choose from. We recommend this business so go and enjoy!
This place is racist. We were charged first and then given the ice cream when clearly everyone else was getting their ice cream first and then being charged. When I confronted the lady she told me that’s how things were there. Furthermore, we order one cone and then we’re completely ignore until I called them up! Disgusting place! Ice cream was alright
Very disappointed for my first visit at this store yesterday. The workers were very rude and look like they hate customers. No smiling or welcome greeting or goodbye after. The most scary and uncomfortable feeling I ever have cause their face looked very angry and mean at all time. Their attitude were extremely rude and mean. I would recommend that management team put a camera in this store so they can see how rude and poor customer service of their employee are. I will never go back and will not recommend this location to anyone. If I could give this location 0 stars I would.
Really good gelato and reasonable prices given the quantity they scoop for you. They have a great selection of flavors. It’s downstairs so may be a little tricky to find if you aren’t familiar with the shopping center.
Got a huge 3 scoops gelato for 7.5$. I will definitely go there again.

Great service and generour portions. I usually share a large. We got the bacio(hazelnut), pistachio and ny cheesecake. Our first time at this location. We usually go to the Laguna Beach location. It is located in the food court. Definitely stop by if you are in the area.
We tried a lot of desserts today and this was by far the best place! The sorbetto and gelato were so good!
For 6.50$ I got 2 scoops on a waffle cone. Located in the lower level of fashion island next to five guys. Flavors were mint chip and hazelnut chocolate. Great serving size for the price you pay, and delicious ice cream. One of the best gelato’s in the area!
