Great eats at a great price! The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the food is consistently good. Today is Cinco de mayo, and I was surprised at how efficient and well staffed it was. America, the general manager, was really on the ball, and made it especially great. Definitely stop in here if you're looking for a bite in the area.
I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from here!! I had a salad too! No one in my family got sick but me, and I was the only one who ate it!! YIKES
Been here many times but it’s the first time that I do a review. Not going to lie, I usually do reviews for bad service but I think is more then fair that I do one when I receive excellent service. I go here for lunch maybe 2 times per week, the service is always great, clean restaurant and the food is always fresh, never disappoints when I go there.
Been there a few times for dinner and I got to say that even though El Pollo Loco is consider a fast food place, the food here is very good, staff is friendly, restaurant is clean and the prices are good too. I highly recommend this location. I had a mew item, birria burrito with consomé and it was delicious. Will definitely go back.
We don't have El Pollo Loco on the East Coast wasn't sure what to expect. Food was delicious and served up quickly. Had a Taco salad which I ate every bite including the shell, and two tacos with guac both on point. Was the perfect meal to fulfill my trip to California munchies that devolped mysteriously after landing in the state!
It's pollo loco, need I say more. Best chicken ever.

I had the worst experience on 8/12 after being told by a Male manager on 8/11 that my meal would be replaced. A regular female employee told me an awful gesture. I felt humiliated; keep in mind I come here twice a week and buy food for 8 guys. I feel more than belittled as if I'm begging for food that I didn't eat the day before. Upper management needs to write up, re-train that female employee. Im not trying to get nobody fired but I need a simple apology. I don't know if I'll purchase food from this location just because a female employee wants to have her opinion on a Manager's word. Owner keep in mind I had 5 stars until this awful experience. Thanks in advance.
Cleaner than most EPLs. Food was good. Family meal was a good value. Store location a little awkward to get in and out of.
