Paid 10 dollars for this soup. It was the soup of the day and it was suppose to be something hearty and meaty. I got this for my 3 year old as she wanted to have a picnic at the beach and figure Chow would be a good idea. When I opened the to go soup there were only 3 small slices of corn , onion and other unpalatable herbs. I basically got served broth for 10 dollars. Lastly, I paid for a bowl but received a cup. I never comment but I just wish this place cared more about their customers. Their cooks behave strangely instead of being serious and attentive about what they are doing. It's my first time leaving any comment on Google but it's frustrating getting something this simple wrong on a slow day.I dont mind paying double the price for an okay soup.My daughter had flavored warm water for lunch today see attached image.

Adam was extremely rude, unnecessarily.Update:The business contacted me accusing me of being an uber eats driver ?. I was there with my family and the busser boy (who was obviously new) brought us our food and Adam came and told him he was doing some things wrong. And overall not helping the guy who was clearly struggling.It's wrong to discipline employees in front of guests!! Food was good but sadly not returning
Alfredo has been our server for 8 years. We are treated as if we are the only people there. Fantastic service and food!
One of my favorite restaurants of all time! Everything on the menu -- and I mean everything -- is all-time excellent. The food gets better and better every time we go, too. And while they don't have a liquor license to mix a proper breakfast bloody Mary, the micheladas is a great alternative.
Love the Newps location. Little quieter than Costa Mesa. Great service. Ride a bike cuz parking can be tight.
I love Eat Chow. I hadn't been there in years and was so excited to have dinner there. I like the outdoor area and it was spacious enough not to be too close to others. The staff is amazing as I remember. I had the grilled prawns and it was exquisite! You got to try it.
We ate here twice in three days on vacation. Brunch was one of the best we've ever had. We had to try it again for lunch. We had to wait a little bit both times for a table but it was well worth it.
Cheesy tots. Everything on this menu is so amazing. I always want to order at least 3 things at once. Braised short ribs tostados at brkfst are one of my favs. I keep coming back. If you're a foodie you will love this place. And if you're out of town...Definitely worth making the time to ear here.
