My family enjoyed the ice cream and the choices they had. We all got something different so we could have a little bit of each.
The ice cream is a straight 10 out of 10, would recommend the bunny tracks. Emmit and Nick were straight homies. Give those men a raise!!
The ice cream here is really good. One scoop is a really big scoop so you get your money's worth. Right next to the arcade and ferris wheel so you get a good view while enjoying your ice cream. The service is great and fast. There was only one person working there when I went but it went pretty quickly. The only downside is parking in the area. There is very little and the lots get full quickly especially on a weekend.
Cowafornia ice cream in Newport Beach, Balboa island and close to the Newport ferry is a nice place to eat ice cream in, they have so many flavors and banana dipped in chocolate and ice cream, you can choose from so many flavors and toppings like marshmallows and confetti chocolate sprinkles, fruits and nuts, prices are very good compared to other places, portions are good too, the place is very modern and as soon as we got into the shop the coffee smelled so good and freshly brewed, the cow statue is huge and fun to take pictures at, we tried the chocolate flavor and the cotton candy and it tasted good, a recommended place to eat ice cream before taking the ferry to balboa island
Right behind the arcade in the Balboa Fun Zone you’ll find a great ice cream shop. The prices were reasonable considering where we were. The ice cream was amazing and the service was great.Moses recommends.
They haven't fixed their times, it says they're open as of Jan 31 but they're closed
Great flavors and texture. Service was friendly and accommodating, my group was sharing a single scoop and without asking they gave us extra bowls and spoons. Consistency of ice cream was smooth. Definitely worth walking the extra half block, instead of Summerland
Me and my husband are late getaway stopped here at have two ice cream very great service great prices very clean they sitting area self in the area please stop and like once again sorry I didn't post pictures do to isour privacy I do like to leave reviews

The selection of desserts here was to die for, and the customer service was top notch. The chocolate dipped Balboa bar and frozen banana were both delicious. The chocolate was just the right thickness: thick enough to add a lot of chocolatey goodness without being so thick it was hard to crunch through. I got toasted coconut on my bar and it added a lot of flavor. My caramel macchiato was also great for a place that specializes more in desserts, and my wife was happy with her affogato sundae. We're not in Newport Beach often, but the next time we are I'm sure we'll be back to Cowafornia to give some other menu items a try!
