I'm in Texas and i have THREE SEPARATE ORDERS from this location of $40 each. I went o California about a year ago. Chipotle need to do better with preventing multiple orders with the same card. Outrageous.I also saw that another person got their money stolen as well. I haven't even been to chipotle in almost two years because they have under cooked meats and rice and prices have gone up drastically. So whoever ordered these orders i have you have the runs ?
Talk about the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a bowl with no rice, no beans, and extra steak. The portion size was not double steak and I let them know that. It was the last of the steak they had left, she even called for more, but argued with me when I was going to pay. No way I am paying 18.10 $ for an underwhelming amount of steak.The employees were very rude and I ended up just leaving without a meal. Never have I experienced this at a chipotle before. The employees were disrespectful and rude.
Thieves that steal money from ppl credit cards and use them at Chipole in Newport Beach California. I am in FLORIDAThey wont even answer the phone THIEVES
Lady didn’t want to make me a quesarito since there was a line! Very disrespectful lady! Hope she gets fired! So far I rate this chipotle as the worst one I’ve been too!
Be prepared to stand in the regular line if you placed a pickup. Today, I placed an order at least 20 mins. in advance. I waited by the pick up and my order was not there. I then had to stand in a long line for regular orders just to inquire about my order. I saw they were busy, however, the girl who helped me was quite terse and rude -- indicating that maybe someone must have taken my pick up order and they would remake it. The side of obnoxious attitude by this worker was unnecessary. Considering how much their prices have gone up -- almost to a sit down price at a restaurant.I have been a regular customer and other than the occasional wrong order, it is okay. A nasty attitude towards a customer is not
They have really good food here when you get a bowl is a huge size the rice is really good and I like that they put a huge portion on of whatever you get sometimes the people are super friendly and sometimes they're not it's kind of Hit and Miss as far as that goes the store is always very clean and well-kept it is super bright inside with high vaulted ceiling and the food is fresh all the time the people are constantly making new food and working very hard everything is always restocked and even when there is a line they moved quickly to get everybody taken care of.
your burrito depends on the employee, it's a hit or miss. When you have a bad worker they act as if the burrito came out of their paycheck and give you less than half a scoop of chicken, rice, beans, ETC.... Just give me my bowl or burrito man it's not that hard to give me good portions :(
I asked forr burrito not taco and I got a burrito that looks like a taco. What the hell is going on with these portion sizes are you trying to make me lose weight, cuz it's working.Please choose your food guy carefully, one might actually give you what you're paying for the other one just going to look at you and laugh.
They give little portions of chicken and skimp on everything else. Bad service and their water is icky :(Worst Chipotle Ever.
Excellent customer and fast service. Right off the toll road and MacArthur. Easy parking lot entrance. Also, close to coast line. Grab some lunch and hit the beach.
