First time eating and did not disappoint

I hadnât been to the restaurant since 1991. I live in Washington state now-was visiting for a funeral. Took my mom for a special date. The staff was great. The potatoes were âgooeyâ and coffee kind of weak. Sitting outside was very nice; however, there was a foul-mouthed patron at a nearby table. He should have been asked to leave. Overall is was a good experience but not the same as years ago.
Four out of five silver overheads had baked on food. We had to get new silverware. Never got refills on coffee or drinks for the kids. Pancakes and French toast was dry. Place was kind of run down and dirty. Weâve been there plenty of times before and it was much much better. Itâs a sad time for Cappys
