Cool spot with a unique set up. You order at the counter and are given a number, then you sit inside if you cam find a spot or outside where there is a lot more seating. The food is very good and fresh, friendly and attentive staff. 1 tip is i would avoid the mussels if you are with a group ordering a sandwich or poke, my group was done eating before my food even arrived. We went back a few more times and it was good each time, recommended
Came to eat here because of the decent rating and left disappointed. The seared fish tasted pretty fresh and tasted good, but the poke was pretty watery and the clams in the chowder were improperly cleaned and gritty. The workers here were pretty aloof and it took a while to get some condiments and utensils after food was brought to our table. This restaurant is not worth the line, hype, and price.
The fish tacos were INCREDIBLY bland. Me and my friend both ordered them and ended up throwing them out after just a couple of bites. It seriously tasted like nothing but unseasoned fish, made me feel nauseous. Ended up going to Z Pizza next door. We wasted 30 bucks here. There is a reason they make you tip at the register in advance of getting your food…. Really wishing I hadn’t tipped at all. They didn’t even bring napkins or water with our food, and GOOD LUCK finding any seating.
Stood “outside behind the red line” in the sun for 10m with 5 other people we didn’t know while no customers were at the counter and the staff weren’t coming and getting anyone aside from 1 person the whole time. Then that person finished ordering and nothing. They were just running orders. If you’re gonna make people stand outside at least come and get them or communicate. Food looked good but definitely not worth the poor experience.
Decent fish tacos. Friendly staff. Be careful you don’t get run over walking through the parking lot.
Everything about this place is delightful, but the food could catch up to the décor, delightful staff, cleanliness and setting. I understand why this place is pricey (overhead), and if the food was as flavorful as the setting and staff were wonderful, it would be 5 stars.There are sign there are no dogs allowed, but dogs are allowed.
I can clearly see why there is a line to get a table at this place. I ordered online and the timing and process was seamless. The fish tacos are delectable and I probably purchased too many. What am I saying? You can never buy too many fish tacos! The poke bowl was perfect and their tommy sauce is awesome. Stop here to pick up some fish tacos and head over to the beach.

This is a very frustrating place, they have great fish but very very slow service. When the staff gets busy they do not answer the phone. This evening it took 45 minutes to get my order of 2 fish tacos and guacamole (the guacamole is already prepared and packaged). ABSOUTELY do not expect to get good service during dinner hours - especially during the summer.
I ordered by phone and when I arrived my lunch was waiting for me on a table inside. The girl working both lines refused to serve the phone line. Does bear flags know she's turning her back on paying customers?
