People are not professional at all I call to place a order I got hung up 2 timer I decided to go there no body pay attention to me 2 people counting money one more person in her cellphone I walk out decide to order online I order I decided to walk in and order more stuff the same people on the phone and counting money finally someone help me I told her I order something online I just want to add to it then they want to charge me the whole order again I told her I pay online and there was a whole fiasco for that mannnMy last time here unfortunately is close to my house

I came here for wings but the service was kind of bad. The girl at the register was giving dry attitude and seering at my girlfriend and I. We told our order and she spoke quiet so we couldn't hear her. She took our order wrong and we got the wrong quantity of wings. Very upsetting I never told her anything in person to cause a problem but I was very kind so I don't know why she gave us a lot of attitude. Very discouraging.

Great crisp wings! Nice customer service and was quick!!!

Food was cold when picking up right after they made it, staff were rude and spoke in Spanish about me as I was standing there and I asked them what they said in Spanish back and they got pretty quiet. Parts of our order were missed. Not a recommended spot for wingstop.

It’s the Super Bowl, picked up my order and I only got 12 of the 30 wings I ordered, and it’s missing all the sauces.

No point in calling this place. You’ll just get put on hold for 10+ min and then they forget about you.I was on hold for 15min but after hanging up and calling them again they picked up as if they were free.

Food has always been fresh and hot.

Great Customer Service from Martha!

I Went to this location 10/5/21 when I walked in around 10:30pm I seen a group of girls in the kitchen with no hair nets, gloves. One was leaning on the counter I put an order in I got there it wasn’t ready. After it was done one of the girls had seasoning on their hands and dusted the seasoning with her bare hands into my basket of chicken. I immediately told her do not do that due to the pandemic and the passing on germs. I will definitely get the health department involved at this place.

They better offer financing. I can no longer afford a single chicken wing that costs about $1.50 :(I wonder when they will start calling the boneless wings chicken nuggets as they are not really wings but chicken breasts.
